St.Patrick’s Day Breakfast

I thought I would share some a fun St.Patrick’s Day breakfast ideas! This is quick, easy and fun for the kiddos! Can you believe St.Patrick’sDay is right around the corner!?

st.patricks-Day-breakfast-ideasI decided would go with as much green as possible; every shade and any pattern.

I’ll be honest and say some days I only wake up five minutes before they do. Actually, sometimes their first yawn wakes me. Some days, I’m up two hours earlier. It really just depends on many factors, all in which I’m perfectly fine with. On a festive day, holiday, special day, and well the list goes on, I do make it a point to be up in enough time to prepare something fun for them, even if it does need to be an easy something.

Knox & Sloane have really no idea what St.Patrick’s Day is, they are three and a half. However, by this point, I’m sure they know their mama loves holidays and is quite festive!

These are all easy items, quite a few that I already had. I purchased mangos, green food color, Apple Jacks & Lucky Charms.

I picked the green pieces out of the Apple Jacks, and let me tell you, there are more orange than green! Then, I put some of the marshmallows from Lucky Charms in the bowl. Then, the rainbow of fruit, cup of apples & green milk!

Don’t over think it! Do what you can, even with what you have. You would be surprised how many things are green once you think about it! I didn’t figure Knox & Sloane would want lettuce, peas or broccoli for breakfast but those are other options for lunch or dinner!
