Salt or Garlic Salt to taste // you can add other vegetables too
Chop the vegetables and kielbasa and toss with oil and salt. Place ingredients onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. // The smaller you chop the potatoes, the faster it will cook.
You could easily prep it prior to cooking by placing the chopped ingredients into a large ziploc bag in the refrigerator or a large bowl with a lid. Simply pour them onto a baking sheet when ready to cook.
