Super Simple Supper: Part 2

Another Super Simple Supper idea for your family!   This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cook.

Super Simple Supper: Part 2

These are my basic ingredients for this super simple supper, but you could alter it with other vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms or peppers.

Super Simple Supper: Part 2
Recipe type: Kielbasa and Veggie Bake
Serves: 5
  • 1 Package of Kielbasa
  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Yellow squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of banana peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Salt or Garlic Salt to taste // you can add other vegetables too
  1. Chop the vegetables and kielbasa and toss with oil and salt. Place ingredients onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. // The smaller you chop the potatoes, the faster it will cook.

 SSS: part 2
You could easily prep it prior to cooking by placing the chopped ingredients into a large ziploc bag in the refrigerator or a large bowl with a lid. Simply pour them onto a baking sheet when ready to cook.
SSS: part2
Enjoy!  I serve mine with cottage cheese for the added protein and pineapple rings.
